November so far

E update: E is now 15 months and learning new things everyday. He recently has learned to run, mastered his 2 puzzles and loves to follow M around the house and copy everything he does. I'm trying to teach him to get a diapers and throw them away for me. That's still a work in progress. He has learned how to say "doggie" (which is always said in a high pitched scream for some reason) and "sun". He can also point to ducks and kitty cats in his books. His little brain is like a sponge and it is so fun to watch him learn.

J update: J is growing and growing everyday. He is becoming more alert but still prefers to sleep most of the day. He loves getting "kisses" from his big brother and letting us see his cute little dimpled smile while he sleeps. He is still waking up only 2 times a night and seems to be pretty laid-back overall. We're loving getting to know this cute little guy!

(I do realize after posting these pictures, that I need to get better about taking pictures of J.....more to come soon!)

I actually ventured out of the house when J was a week and a half. We were going stir crazy and I didn't want to miss out on the Fall Festival. Usually all the kids wear their Halloween costumes to the Fall Festival, but this year, E was the only one. I guess we missed the memo? He was cute, nonetheless, and didn't have a clue. Haha!

I experimented with having E skip his morning nap in hopes that he would sleep better during his afternoon nap and at night. This is what happened. He just could keep himself awake long enough to finish his lunch!

Happy Halloween!

This was technically E's second Halloween and J's first, but this was the first year E actually go to celebrate. He dressed up like a dragon (by far, the cutest dragon I have ever seen, in my opinion) and M took him up and down the street. He even got to eat a few pieces. I could tell he was so excited and felt like such a big boy!

I wanted to share some recent pics as well as some pictures of E from tonight. Enjoy!

Our new addition!

Weighing 8 lbs. 3 oz. and measuring 21 in. long, J made his grand entrance on October 21 (my dad's birthday...which is fun since he is named after my paternal grandfather)! We are all so excited to finally have him here with us!
